 We will bring these concepts to life through drawings, presenting them to you for feedback.

Design Development

Moving forward, we will refine and elaborate on the chosen concepts, transforming them into detailed and a more comprehensive project.

Development Application (DA) 

The necessary compliance - The finalised set of drawings will be submitted to your local Council for assessment, a process that may take between 1 to 6 months and might require additional changes.

Construction Documentation 

Upon receiving Council approval, we will address the Development conditions imposed by the consent authorities and convert the proposal into precise construction drawings for the builder.

Construction Administration

 Throughout the construction process, we will diligently oversee the project to ensure that the project aligns with the approved drawings under the contract.
