Nestled in Bondi Beach, and only a few kilometres from the CBD, this sustainable renovation it is a collaboration with Arcanary Architects. Concrete walls help to contrast the new and the old, providing thermal mass, which helps heat the house during winter.

The lush planting palette promotes interaction with nature and local wildlife.
Due to the integration of the stepped gardens and the many operable window systems around the perimeter of the home, passive cooling is very effective throughout the summer.
