What we do and how we do it
Pre-Design Phase: We will establish a strategy and engage in collaborative brainstorming to explore several conceptual ideas.

Concept Design Phase: We will bring these concepts to life through drawings, presenting them to you for feedback.

Design Development Phase: Moving forward, we will refine and elaborate on the chosen concepts, transforming them into detailed and a more comprehensive project.

Development Application (DA) Phase: The necessary compliance - The finalised set of drawings will be submitted to your local Council for assessment, a process that may take between 1 to 6 months and might require additional changes.

Construction Documentation Phase: Upon receiving Council approval, we will address the Development conditions imposed by the consent authoritues and convert the proposal into precise construction drawings for the builder.

Construction Administration Phase: Throughout the construction process, we will diligently oversee the project to ensure that the project aligns with the approved drawings under the contract.
