Vancluse Residence

When commissioned to revamp the garden of a historic residence in Vaucluse, Nico embarked on crafting his interpretation of a modern harbour garden for the 21st century.

Situated on a spacious site, gently sloping northwards, it offers one of Sydney's most beautiful vistas - the breathtaking expanse of the harbour. While the existing pool was beyond repair, the concrete shell provided an opportunity for a fresh arrangement, allowing the central lawn to spill over the mesmerising panoramic views gracefully.

 

A thoughtfully designed shade structure is proposed to address the Client's needs and complement the newly transformed rear facade, seamlessly blending with the Islamic aesthetic.
